At Qbedding, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Qbedding account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unused bedding in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
